Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
1. Our Commitment
Rishtaa.pk is fully committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse or exploitation. We have
zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This policy outlines our
standards and practices to prevent, detect, and take action against CSAE-related content and behavior.
2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
We strictly prohibit the following:
- Uploading, sharing, or linking to content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Attempting to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Using deceptive tactics to solicit or groom minors.
- Creating or using profiles that falsely represent minors or impersonate them for CSAE-related
intentions.
3. Detection and Reporting
We use a combination of automated tools and manual review to detect and remove CSAE content. If CSAE-related
content or behavior is detected:
- The user's account will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
- We will work with organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where
applicable.
- All confirmed incidents are reported in accordance with applicable local and international laws.
4. User Education and Awareness
We encourage our users to report any suspicious activity through our in-app reporting tools. We also provide
regular awareness on safe digital behavior and how to recognize grooming or exploitation attempts.
5. Collaboration with Authorities
We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. We respond to valid
legal requests in accordance with applicable laws to assist in investigations.
6. Continuous Improvement
Our CSAE policy is regularly reviewed and updated to comply with evolving international best practices and
technological advancements.
